Attract what you want... when you want…

It's all about energy and once you change or shift your energy you'll
change what you attract.

Positive energy attracts positive situations.

Negative energy attracts negative events and situations.

Everything in this world is made up of energy including us.

Other people pick up on your energy. If it's positive you'll attract positive people into your life.

If it's negative, you'll always attract negative people and negative situations into your life.

If you find that you're getting exactly what you don't want or you're not getting what you want then you're simply sending out the wrong energy.

Change your energy - and you'll start getting what you want.

Your energy is based on your thoughts and beliefs.

Your subconscious mind picks up on your thoughts and beliefs and creates situations that reflect your thoughts and beliefs.

People pick up your energy on a subconscious level. They're not consciously aware of your energy but they just develop a feeling about you based on your energy.

If you have negative energy you'll attract negative people and negative situations.
At the same time you'll repel positive people and positive situations. A devastating combination especially if you want to create a positive and successful life.

If you constantly think of the worst, if you find that you're regularly negative, if you don't believe that you can ever achieve anything, if you don't believe that anybody can be good, if you constantly complain, if you always see the worst in situations, if you regularly put others down, if you're just a negative person you will develop negative energy and in the end you'll only attract more negative situations into your life.

When you're filled with negative energy you end up making your life miserable and you make it just about impossible to achieve your goals and create the changes that you want.

At the same time you'll repel positive people and positive situations (because they aren't drawn to negative people or negative energy).

So by being negative or by developing negative energy
things will continue to get worse.

Being negative is really a no win situation.

So what do you do?

Change the way you see things and begin eliminating the negative thoughts and negative beliefs. This will help change your energy so that you begin to attracting what you want.

Focus on positive situations.
Look for solutions instead of complaining.
Be more understanding instead of getting angry.
Embrace changes.
Look for opportunities instead of focusing on the problems, and stop believing that the worst will happen (you have to change that belief in order to really succeed).

Follow these steps and you'll begin to naturally attract more positive situations (and people) into your life.

You are what you attract.

And if you're not getting what you want out of life it's time to change the way you think, and act... and get rid of the negative beliefs then only will you be able to change your energy and attract better, positive situations into your life while creating and attracting what you want.

During the day observe how you respond to situations, see how you react to things you don't like, or just to situations in general.  Pay attention to the comments you make to friends, colleagues and relatives.

Are they positive or negative?
Do you always point out the negative?
Do you complain or think of the worst?
If something goes wrong do you get angry, blame somebody, or have a series of negative thoughts?
Or do you focus on a solution, accept responsibility and create the changes that you want?

If you find that you have a negative reaction then you're only creating more negative energy and attracting more negative situations.

Start changing how you think. Create positive thoughts and positive beliefs. Focus on finding solutions and you'll begin attracting more positive situations into your life.
The sooner you begin, the sooner you'll see improvements.  As you continue doing what I outline the changes will happen quickly and easily... Get started today - visit: http://www.creatingpower.com/cpcourse.htm

Take Positive Action

You only attract what you are.

If you're not kind, thoughtful, understanding, supportive and encouraging you simply won't attract great people with those qualities.

Make it a daily habit to look for the positive qualities in people that you interact with.

Begin changing the way you see things. Start being more positive and optimistic. Take time to be nice and look for the positive qualities in people... look for a positive aspect in all situations.  Your subconscious mind will attract what you want in life and more.

Practice what I outlined with all your heart.

This is not something to take lightly.

Studies have shown that those who are more positive, kinder and more considerate stand a better chance of achieving their goals and are more likely to live fulfilling lives (they're also likely to be healthier and live longer).

Stop being negative.
Take positive actions.
Search for solutions.
Look at things differently.
Search for the good in people.
Take time to be complimentary and positive.

The Seven Ingredients of Success

Make Your Life a Masterpiece
By Brian Tracy

This is the age of achievement. Never have more people accomplished more things in more different fields than they are accomplishing today. More people are becoming successful at a faster rate than at any other time in history. There have never been more opportunities for you to turn your dreams into realities than there are right now.

The Seven Ingredients of Success
Your ideal life is a blending these seven ingredients in exactly the combination that makes you the happiest at any particular moment. By defining your success and happiness in terms of one or more of these seven ingredients, you create a clear target to aim it. You can then measure how well you're doing. You can identify the areas where you need to make changes if you want your life to improve.

Peace of Mind
The first of these seven ingredients of success, and easily the most important, is peace of mind. It is the highest human good. Without it, nothing else has much value. In corporations, peace of mind can be measured in terms of the amount of harmony that exists among coworkers. The wonderful truth about peace of mind is that it is your normal natural condition. It is the basic precondition for enjoying everything else.

Health and Energy
The second ingredient of success is health and energy. Just as peace of mind is your normal and natural mental state, health and energy is your normal and natural physical state. If you achieve all kinds of things in the material world, but lose your health then you will get little or no pleasure from your other accomplishments. So imagine yourself enjoying perfect health, and think of how you would be if you were your ideal image of physical fitness. Then strive for your mental goal of fitness and health.

Loving Relationships
The third ingredient of success is loving relationships. These are relationships with the people you love and care about, and the people who love and care about you. They are the real measure of how well you are doing as a human being. At almost any time, you can measure how well you are doing in your relationship by one simple test: laughter. This is true for companies as well. High-performance, high profit organizations are those in which people laugh and joke together. Examine your relationships, one by one, and develop a plan to make each of them enjoyable and satisfying.

Financial Freedom
The fourth ingredient of success is financial freedom. Achieving your financial freedom is one of the most important goals and responsibilities of your life. A feeling of freedom is essential to the achievement of any other important goal, and you cannot be free until and unless you have enough money so that you are no longer preoccupied with it. When you decide exactly what you want your financial picture to look like, you will be able to use this system to achieve your goals faster than you might have imagined possible.

Worthy Goals and Ideals
The fifth ingredient of success is worthy goals and ideals. To be truly happy, you need a clear sense of direction. You need to feel that your life stands for something, that you are somehow making a valuable contribution to your world.

Self Knowledge and Self-Awareness
The sixth ingredient of success is self-knowledge and self-awareness. To perform at your best you need to know who you are and why you think and feel the way you do. It is only when you understand and accept yourself that you can begin moving forward in other areas of your life.

Personal Fulfillment
The seventh ingredient of success is personal fulfillment. This is the feeling that you are becoming everything that you are capable of becoming. It is the sure knowledge that you are moving toward the realization of your full potential as a human being.

Action Exercise
Take the brush of your imagination and begin painting a masterpiece on the canvas of your life. It is for you to decide clearly what would make you the happiest in everything you are doing.

As A Man Thinketh (free ebook)

This little volume (the result of meditation and experience) is not intended as an exhaustive treatise on the much-written-upon subject of the power of thought. It is suggestive rather than explanatory, its object being to stimulate men and women to the discovery and perception of the truth that "They themselves are makers of themselves" by virtue of the thoughts which they choose and encourage; that mind is the master weaver, both of the inner garment of character and the outer garment of circumstances, and that, as they have hitherto woven in ignorance and pain they may now weave in enlightenment and happiness. The Key To Success

If you want to be successful at anything you first have to believe that you can accomplish something. Your key to success is your belief system. If you have a negative belief system then your success will be limited. If you have a positive belief system then you will enjoy success after success and a rewarding life.
Before I ended yesterday's session - I talked about how beliefs are vibrations sent to the subconscious mind and the universe. These vibrations are then manifested in reality. We're going to get into how your limited beliefs create a limited reality and what you can do to change that.

Unfortunately most people don't believe that they can achieve theirgoals. They often wish they can - but they don't truly believe this. In the end they have a negative belief system that limits them.

Why?

Because a lot of people have been conditioned to believe that things are difficult, that life is tough, that you have to fight to get to the top, etc. These are all limited belief patterns that will destroy your chances for success.

Any negative thought pattern or belief will create a vibration that will ultimately limit or destroy your chances for success.

Where do these negative thought patterns and negative beliefs come from?

For most of your life, your mind has been reacting to situations, listening to others, following what other people say and basically going in a negative direction. Why?

Because your mind has never been told what to do.

Look at it this way: There's your mind - which contains all of these negative thought patterns and negative beliefs - and then there's you - who wants to achieve all these wonderful goals. However you have negative thought patterns that go against your ability to achieve your goals.

Here's an example:
You want to be successful in your job. But your thought pattern is that you're no good, that you can't even do your job well, no one likes you, they're going to make cuts and you're next.
If you have such a negative thought pattern and negative beliefs about your abilities - no matter how much you may want to do better and no matter how much you may want to improve your performance at work - it won't happen.

Why not? Because you don't believe it will happen. Every belief you have is picked up by your subconscious mind and manifested in reality.

Negative thought patterns lead to a negative belief about particular areas of your life.
You see your subconscious mind doesn't distinguish between what is good for you and what is bad for you. It doesn't say: "Hey, let's not do that - it won't be good for you." That moral clause is in your mind - your subconscious simply responds to the instructions from the mind. Those instructions are your thoughts, and beliefs.

That's why if you have a negative belief about something - your reality will represent that belief - and you continue to believe it -because you think it's true. It becomes a vicious cycle, which you created in the first place because of the negative thought pattern that you held on to for so long. Visit Creating Power.

Getting Focused

If you want to achieve your goals, improve your life, enjoy life or discover your true calling - what ever it is you want to achieve you first have to decide what is important and then come up with a plan. You don't have to come up with all the details but you have to come up with a list of what you want to achieve, and have a general idea of how you plan to get there.

Did you know that 80-percent of people who write down their goals achieve them. Yet less than 5-percent of people in the world actually write down their goals and desires?

Those are astounding figures - and think about it - just by simply writing down your goals, objectives and plans you increase your chance of success and achievement by 80-percent. Did you also know that most successful people and the wealthiest people in the world write down their goals and come up with a solid
plan of action - before they became successful? Now you know why they're successful.

Why does coming up with a plan and decision make such a difference?

Because when you make a decision, write it down, come up with a plan - you tell your subconscious mind, and you send out a message - that you're ready for success and that you will accept nothing less than success.  It's a powerful message that supercharges your subconscious mind to get moving on achieving these goals.

Avoid this Anger Management Mistake

Avoid this Anger Management Mistake

What anger management mistake should you avoid? You might be surprised at the answer. First, let's consider why we feel angry.

What is anger?
Anger is an emotion. It is a signal that we think we are being treated unfairly. Feelings are neither right nor wrong. It is okay to feel angry. Actions can be right or wrong. It is not okay to hurt ourselves, others, or property when we feel angry.

How do you know when you are angry? All of us have symptoms of anger – physical and mental signs that tell us we are angry.

Physical Signs
Fast heart beat
Sweating
Shaking
Clenched jaws
Clenched fists
Fast breathing
Headaches
Stomach aches
Upset feeling in the stomach
Tight chest
Tense muscles
Frowning, scowling
Red face

Mental Signs
Problems concentrating
Confusion
Memory problems
Thoughts of doing harm
Angry thoughts
Irritability
Short tempered

Other signs
Yelling
Swearing
Withdrawing from others
Throwing things
Pacing

Avoid this Anger Management Mistake

This mistake is a simple one, but it can be costly in terms of failed relationships, inappropriate outbursts, and general unhappiness. It is failing to acknowledge the emotions you are experiencing. Here's what I mean by failing to acknowledge emotions:

- Trying to stuff the anger inside, saying you are not angry when you really are, or pretending everything is fine when you are upset

- Reacting in anger when you are actually feeling hurt, sad, embarrassed, or some other emotion

You may be wondering why acknowledging emotions is helpful…and how to do it. By noticing and accepting the emotions you experience, you are showing self-respect. Resisting emotions or ignoring them makes them stronger. The feelings become stronger and stronger, until eventually they come out in ways that may be unexpected or unhealthy.

To acknowledge emotions, all you need to do is name the feelings you are having without trying to make them go away. For example, say to yourself, "I'm angry," "I'm upset," or "I am annoyed right now."

That's it!

Once you have acknowledged your emotions, you can deal with them.

So how can we deal with anger and act in healthy ways?
1) Recognize and acknowledge anger - know when you are angry and what makes you angry.
2) Practice positive responses - practice, practice, practice until your new positive responses become good habits

Quick List of Ways to Cope with Anger
Walk away
Exercise
Talk to someone who you are not feeling angry with
Distract yourself
Count 10 breaths
Write about it
Come back and deal with it later when you feel calm

You have the power to solve your problem!

All of us encounter different problem in life. In fact if a person don’t have problem, he must be an alien or we do not know an alien also has a problem right? How did I think that? The answer is, I do not know.. now let’s get serious. We have the power to solve our problems. It is written in Matthew 17:20, “… if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to the mountain, ‘move from here to there’ and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you.”  The mountain in that verse may stand as our problems. Can you imagine a mountain? A mountain can be an incredibly big but it only requires a little faith so you can move it. Whatever problems we have in life if we have faith in God, we can overcome it. We have to totally surrender ourselves in the hands of God and put our trust in Him. He will surely help us. No doubt!

Here are ten simple suggestions as a concrete technique to use generally in solving problems (:-) I got it from a book):
1. Believe that every problem there is a SOLUTION.
2. Keep calm. Tension blocks the flow of thought power. Your brain cannot operate efficiently under stress. Go at your problem easy-like.
3. Don’t try to force an answer. Keep your mind relaxed so that the solution will open up and become clear.
4. Assemble all the facts impartially, impersonally, and judicially.
5. List these facts on paper. This clarifies your thinking, bringing the various element into orderly system. You see as well as think. The problem becomes objective, not subjective.
6. Pray about your problem, affirming that God will flash illustration into your mind.
7. Believe in and seek God’s guidance on the promise of 73rd Psalm, “thou wilt guide me by thy counsel.”
8. Trust in the faculty of insight and intuition.
9. Go to church and let your subconscious work on the problem as you attune to the mood of worship. Create spiritual thinking has amazing power to give “right” answers.
10. If you follow these steps faithfully, then the answer that develops in your mind, or come to pass, is the right answer to your problem.

Do you want to break the worry habit? Ten-point worry breaking formula.

How to break the worry habit: Ten-point worry breaking formula.

Rules if you want to live long:

1.    Keep calm

2.    Go to church

3.    Eliminate worry

How to eliminate worry?

1.    Practice emptying the mind daily before retiring at night. This is done to avoid retention by the consciousness of worries while you sleep. Say these words while emptying your mind: “With God’s help, I am now emptying my mind of all anxiety, all fear, all sense of insecurity”, repeat it five times. After that, say these words: “I believe that my mind is now emptied of all anxiety, all fear, all sense of insecurity” (5x).

2.    Upon emptying the mind, practice filling it with positive thoughts. You can say, “God is now filling my mind with courage, with peace, with calm assurance. God is now protecting me from all harm. God is now protecting my loved ones from all harm. God is now guiding me to right decisions. God will see me through this situation”.

Ten-point worry breaking formula from the book The Power of positive Thinking by Norman Vincent Peale:

1.    Say to yourself, “Worry is just a very bad mental habit. And I can change any habit with God’s help.”

2.    You became a worrier by practicing worry. You can become free of worry by practicing the opposite and stronger habit of faith. With all the strength and perseverance you can command, start practicing faith.

3.    How do you practice faith? First thing every morning before you arise say out loud, “I believe,” three times.

4.    Pray, using this formula, “I place this day, my life, my loved ones, my work in the Lord’s hands. There is no harm in the Lord’s hands, only good. Whatever happens, whatever results, if I am in the Lord’s hands it is the Lord’s will and it is good.”
5.    Practice saying something positive concerning everything about which you have been talking negatively. Talk positively. For example, don’t say, “This is going to be a terrible day.” Instead, affirm, “This is going to be a glorious day.” Don’t say, “I’ll never be able to do that.” Instead, affirm, “With God’s help I will do that.”

6.    Never participate in a worry conversation. Shoot an injection of faith into all your conversations. A  group of people talking pessimistically can infect every person in the group with negativism. But by talking things up rather than down can drive off that depressing atmosphere and make everyone feel hopeful and happy.

7.    One reason you are a worrier is that your mind is literally saturated with apprehension thoughts, defeat thoughts, gloomy thoughts. To counteract, mark every passage in the Bible that speaks of faith, hope, happiness, glory, radiance. Commit each to memory. Say them over and over again until these creative thoughts saturate your subconscious mind. Then the subconscious will return to you what you have given it, namely, optimism, not worry.

8.    Cultivate friendships with hopeful people. Surround yourself with friends who think positive, faith-producing thoughts and who contribute to a creative atmosphere. This will keep you re-stimulated with faith attitudes.

9.    See how many people you can help to cure their own worry habit. In helping another to overcome worry you get greater power over it within yourself.

10.  Every day of your life conceive of yourself as living in partnership and companionship with Jesus Christ. If he actually walked by your side, would you be worried or afraid? Well, then, say to yourself, :He is with me.” Affirm aloud, “I am with you always.” Then change it to say, :He is with me now.” Repeat that affirmation three times every day.

Do you want to get more confidence, happiness, and etc? Try to reflect the verse from the Bible.

Confidence:
Philippians 4:13 – I can do all things through Christ which strengthen me.
Matthew 9:29 – According to your faith, be it done unto you.
Matthew 17:20 – If you have faith nothing shall be impossible unto you.
Roman 8:31 – If God is for us who can be against us?
Roman 12:2 – be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind.

Energy:
Isaiah 40:31 – But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.

God is the source of all energy in the universe, atomic energy, electrical energy, and spiritual energy; indeed every form of energy derives from the Creator.

Isaiah 40:29 – He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increaseth strength.

Acts 17:28 – …in Him we live and move, and have our being.

John 10:10 – …I am come that they might have life, and that they have in abundantly.

Prayer for energy: Dear God, You are the source of all energy. You are the source of the energy in the sun, in the atom, in all flesh, in the bloodstream, in the mind. I hereby draw energy from You as from an illimitable source. Amen.

Prayer power:
Matthew 18:19 – If two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father is in heaven.

Matthew 18:20 – Where two or three are gathered in my name, there am I in the midst of them.

Mark 11:24 – What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them and ye shall have them.

Happiness:
Proverbs 15:15 – …he that is of a merry heart hath a continual feast.

Psalm 118:24 – This is the day that the Lord has made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.

Affirmation: I believe this is going to be a wonderful day. I believe I can handle successfully all things that will arise this day. I feel good physically, mentally, emotionally. It is wonderful to be alive. I am grateful for all that I have and for all that I shall have. Things are going well today. God is with me, God is helping me, God is guiding me and He will see me through. I thank God for every good thing.

The way to happiness: Keep your heart from hate, your mind from worry. Live simply, give much. Fill your heart with love. Scatter sunshine. Forget self, think of others. Do as you would be done by. Try this for a week and you will be surprised.

Stop fuming and fretting:
Psalm 37:1 – Do not fret because of evil men or be envious of those who do wrong.

John 14:27 – Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.

Mark 6:31 – Come with me by yourselves to a quiet place and get rest.

Matthew 11:28 – Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.

Isaiah 26:3 – You will keep in perfect peace him whose mind is steadfast, because he trusts in you.

Expect the best and get it:
Mark 9:23 – If you believe, everything is possible with Him.

Matthew 17:20 – I tell you the truth, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to the mountain, ‘Move from here to there’ and it will move. Nothing will be impossible to you.

I don’t believe in defeat:
Many people overwhelmed with fear. They do not know that fear is resided only in the mind and that if they actually do what they have feared, it is not that too hard. An author of the bestselling book once said “the rough is only mental”. I do agree in his statement.

You can do this affirmation and repeat it five times till you get more confidence in dealing with your fear. I copied it from the bookJ: “I believe I am always divinely guided. I believe I will always take the right turn of the road. I believe God will always make a way when there is no way”. Try it see how you feel every time you do it. I believe it really can help.

Change your mind, Change your life (free ebook)

Do you dream of being the CEO of a Fortune 500 company? Have you wanted to buy that new home you’ve dreamed of for so many years? Exactly what is your idea of success?

Success is having achieved that which you determine you will do!

YOU determine what success is for you. It’s not based on any judgment other than your own. It’s not dependent upon materialistic measurements. And, for some, success is the journey, itself.

Success may be something material, such as money or a new home. It could be something egotistical, as the power and notoriety that comes with the position of CEO. It could be emotional, as finding love and commitment. Success may even be unselfish and altruistic, as seeing children in third world countries healthy and safe. Success has no particular name or identity. There is no one method to describe what success is, other than the definition above. It means something different to each individual.

All successful people, however, have one thing in common — determination! To be a success, you must first determine to be so. Though not always a conscious decision, the seed that leads to action is to first determine. (Download Change your mind, Change your life free ebook.)

People do not attract that which they want, but that which they are

"People do not attract that which they want, but that which they are."  - As A Man Thinketh

To put it another way: When you stop working on what it is you're trying to get, and start working on YOU, only then will you get what it is you want.

It really is very basic when you think about it. Jim Rohn says, "To attract attractive people, you must be attractive. To attract powerful people, you must be powerful. To attract committed people, you must be committed. Instead of going to work on them, you go to work on yourself. If you become, you can attract."

I know so many people who work very hard and diligently and sacrifice greatly in an effort to create wealth. But they haven't changed who they are, and until they begin to think and act like wealthy people they'll never attract the wealth they seek. Wealthy people don't think and act the way they do because they have wealth. They have wealth because they think and act that way.

How many people are on a diet today who don't stand a chance of losing (and keeping off) any weight because they're still the same person who gained all that weight to start with. Let me repeat again, so you'll grasp how important this is: Slim people don't think and act the way they do because they're slim.  They're slim because they think and act that way.

To get what you want, you change who you are, and you change who you are by simply changing the way you think and act. And one technique for doing that which is promoted by a lot of wise teachers is to "act as if." If you "act as if" you're slim long enough, then one day you will attract slimness even though you may be 100 pounds overweight today. If you act as if you're wealthy long enough, then one day you will attract all the wealth you can imagine even though you may this moment be destitute and homeless.

Bob Proctor says, "Act like the person you want to become. For as Goethe, the German philosopher, once wrote, 'Before you can do something, you first must be something.'"

How to Attain True Confidence

It might sound strange to hear  that there is more than one type of confidence. This is because some behaviours that may appear to be from a confident person are actually not confident at all. What is true confidence?  Well, true confidence is a natural demeanour or aura that is generated from an individual. Its opposite – false confidence  - can be witnessed in day to day life in the form of attention seeking behaviour.

What characterises this behaviour is that it lacks genuineness. It plays to the gallery. There are telltale signs like the sideways glance to see who's looking, the exaggerated body language, the overly projected tone of voice.

Knowing that these thoughts are there is an important first stage in overcoming attention-seeking behaviour. They will be negative thoughts like: "I fear that I'm not good enough, everyone here is better than me", or "I'm not attractive, nobody loves me".

You can stop the whole process right there and then by challenging these beliefs with: "Of course I'm good, I'm just as good as the next person" or 'I'm attractive and loveable but I do need to be bolder and chat to people," for example.

But life is life and perhaps we let these thoughts ferment. All is not lost however. You can recognise the feelings that accompany your thoughts and then take action. If you feel undermined, insecure, ignored or unrewarded then be aware of your particular emotional triggers to attention-seeking behaviour. Go back to thoughts that generated the feeling or simply relax and take some time out to examine what is going on.

So how do we rid ourselves of false confident behaviour and replace it with true confidence? The answer is contained in the subtle minutiae of everyday live.

The way we conduct ourselves through our body language and tone of voice has a massive impact on the way we are judged by others.

So where should you begin? Move around as though you're confident - and this goes for standing and sitting also.

You'll feel confident as a result - it's that simple, but our minds can get in the way. Ignore your mind for a while. We are psycho-physical beings. If we change our physical behaviour we change our mindset; if we change our mindset we can change our behaviour.

Learn to listen. Nod and smile, question and encourage. Try to actually find out if this energy-taking person you find so hard to deal with has something to say - you might be pleasantly surprised. Also, if you give an example of how to do something well, others may be encouraged to follow your example.

There is something else that every person with self-confidence has and you can have it too. Every self-confidence person has strong values, beliefs and faith. If you have strong values then, no matter what you do or if you make mistakes, people will admire the power and force within you to do what you have to do to achieve your goals.

There are different ways that people face lack of self-confidence, some people have just a strong fear of something and they don't know what to do about it. But other people have such a low self esteem that they dont feel capable of doing anything by themselves, they feel the need of someone else to do it for them.

Take risks, talk to you self any time you have negative thoughts and change them to positive thoughts. You should not let negativity or fears conquer you, they are usually false fears that are just in your mind.

Self evaluate yourself, don't compare yourself with other people, there is no point in that, every person has different strengths and limitations, you are good at some things that other people are not good at.

Try to improve yourself every day by pushing yourself a little bit more, set clear goals of what you want to achieve and how you want to achieve it. Manage your mind, don’t let your negative thought create negative feelings you can change it and commit to success, this way you are going to be more confident and successful at anything you do.

Ten rules for taking the hard way out of your job

Try these proven methods for working hard easily. They will help you to relax and easy power.

1. Don't get the idea that you are Atlas carrying the world on your shoulders. Don't strain so hard. Don't take yourself so seriously.

2. Determine to like your work. Then it will become a pleasure, not drudgery. Perhaps you do not need to change your job. Change yourself and work will seem different.

3. Plan your work-work your plan. Lack of system produces that "I'm swamped" feeling.

4. Don't try to do everything at once. That is why time is spread out. heed that wise advice from the Bible, "This one thing I do."

5. Get a correct mental attitude, remembering that ease or difficulty in your work depends upon how you think about it. Think it's hard and you make it hard. Think it's easy and i tends to become easy.

6.Become efficient in your work. "Knowledge is power when you take your knowledge in action" (over your job). It is always easier to do thing right.

7. Practice being relaxed. Easy always does it. Don't press or tug. Take it in stride.

8. Discipline yourself not to put off until tomorrow what you can do today. Accumulation of undone jobs makes your work harder. Keep your work up to schedule.

9. Pray bout your work. You will get relaxed efficiency by so doing.

10. Take on the "unseen partner." It is surprising the load He will take off you. God is as much at home in offices, factories, stores, kitchens, as in chirches. He knows more about your job than you do. His help will make your work easy.
